We provide small group Pilates classes, that will give you plenty of individual attention and will improve your practice, at the right pace for you.
Pilates classes provide you with a whole-body workout, building core strength and improving your posture through a series of low repetition, low impact stretching and conditioning exercises. Pilates goes far beyond your core muscles providing you with a complete body workout. You’ll feel muscles working that you didn’t even know that you had!

ONE to ONE Sessions
Private instruction can be beneficial if you have specific fitness goals or individual health concerns. I would suggest private tuition if Pilates has been recommended to you by your GP, physiotherapist, chiropractor, osteopath, or consultant surgeon.
A private session includes an initial consultation and can be beneficial before joining a class. You may be returning to exercise after a long break and feel that you are not quite ready to join a group. Private sessions can give you the confidence and knowledge required to feel ready to join a class.
